Rookie Baseball is intended for players 6 - 8 years old by the end of the current season.
In the past, we have combined the division into a single Rookie Division, which puts all age groups together on a team. Some parents feel that this is a good way of doing it, while others want to make sure their kids are getting to play "real baseball".
In 2017, we will talk with the coaches and come up with the best balance between learning and teaching skills, and getting kids ready for more advanced skills required for moving into the Mosquito division in 2018.

Coaching Clinic and Communications
Parents who identified that they would like to help this year as Coaches or Assistant Coaches will be contacted before the registration deadline, and there will be opportunities before the year starts to attend a coaching clinic for tips, tricks and questions.
